Lynn is just fantastic. We are snowbirds who go to Florida to live in the winter months. Before we left Ohio we asked Lynn to show us some condo's in the Columbus, Grove City areas so that we had a pretty good idea of the layouts of the condo's themselves. There were not any available before we left for Florida so we gave Lynn a Power Of Attorney so she could be our representative without us being there if one came available. Not long after we were in Florida Lynn sent us an email showing a condo that did become available, we liked it and she took the lead and took us through the whole process. Everything was done through emails and wire transfers and it all went so well. We just love the way Lynn is so dedicated to her job and does it so well. She knows what to do and when to do it and is so pleasant with everyone that everyone enjoys working with her.
